(Example for 100 Tons of Grain Raw Material)

 

Add 10m³ of water to a 50m³ starter tank, then introduce the mash and add 20kg of dry yeast. Supplement with nutrients based on the raw material. Ventilate gently until the tank is full, maintaining the starter tank temperature at 28-32°C. Maturity criteria for the starter: yeast cell count of 200-250 million/ml in the mash, with a budding rate >10%.

Storage

Boxes should be stored in a cool dry space.Product should be used within two years of its production date for best performance.Packages which have lost their vacuum seal should not be used.Opened packages can be stored cool and used within 3 to 4 days.

Shelf life: Unopened packaging under proper storage conditions is 24 months from the production date
